Receipt of goods

You can pick up your order either:

1. In your home, through the DOOR-DOOR Service of ELTA paying by cash on delivery. Orders over 75 euros will not have cash on delivery costs (3 euros). For areas not covered by the home delivery service, the customer will be notified in advance of the nearest agency.

We clarify that for orders with a total value of less than 50 euros without VAT, they will have a minimum shipping charge of 4 euros up to 3 kg. Each additional kilo is charged by the DOOR DOOR service with 1.23 euros

All orders will be shipped the next business day. They will arrive at your door within 24 hours for most cases. For some areas, however, this period may be extended to 48 hours.

Customers who do not wish to be charged with shipping, can always pay in one of our company accounts.

For orders over 50 euros + VAT, shipping costs will be free (up to 3 kg). Extra kilos in addition to the first 3 kilos, are charged with 1.23 euros.

2. Receipts and cash payments can be made from the company's headquarters, at 113 AVLONOS Street, PC10443 ATHENS, after prior consultation.

3. For shipments of goods over 120 euros or more than 7 kg, they will be made only after consultation with the staff of our company.

We currently accept payments in two ways.

2. By cash on delivery.

Pay upon receipt of the products. COD Cost 3 euros.

For orders over 75 euros, the cost of cash on delivery will be borne by our company.

Maximum value of cash on delivery: 100 euros. For larger orders, a prepayment must be made to the company account.
